1. I get the Swedish Elle mailed to me every month. I really like the last cover, it's so stylish.
2. The fashion magazines write that the latest fashion is lots of colors, I like!
3. I heart it!
4. I live in a suitcase, always.
5. When I came home my package from Yesstyle had arrived.
6. Sneak peak.
Just before I left Stockholm I went to buy ski goggles. The ones I wanted looked so big on me with only a hat on, so I tried a helmet too and fell in love with it. Of course it was the most expensive helmet but I couldn't resist to buy it. Then I thought that my ski jacket was getting old and it didn't really go with the helmet, so I had to buy a new jacket as well (the Peak Perfomance in the last post). All of a sudden I spent 4600 SEK (650 dollars) when the only thing I "needed" was the ski goggles. Oops! Oh well, I work a lot so what ever :)
But it's a pity that I haven't been able to use them now that I went home to ski. If it was cold yesterday that's nothing compared to this night and day. When I drove home from a party yesterday it was -38°C, which is almost the same in Farenheit.
Right now I can't even tell you the temperature, it's so cold that the thermometer can't show how cold it is :) I took a picture in the car last night, when it was -36°C.
.
I've been a bit sad since I came here to ski and it has been so cold that the slopes haven't even been open. Yesterday it was -26°C on the mountain. I really, really hope that it's not closed today. It was -20°C earlier today and now all of a sudden it's only -15°C. I bought some new ski equipment that I really wanna try. I also bought a new jacket, from Peak Performance wich you can see on the pictures.
Update: Okay, forget what I wrote, in only 20 minutes it dropped down to -24°C. No skiing today either :/

Right now I'm both blogging here and on my Swedish blog. It takes a lot of time and effort and I'm not sure of how long I could continue this way. I really love If it comes in pink but it feel like its glory days are over. Let's see if we could change that? The next, let's say, couple of weeks, I'm going to put effort in blogging on both places...and depending on what is the most fun and which blog that will get most visitors I will decide on which one I will "choose" in the future. I don't think I will cancel any of them no matter what - just don't do updates so often.
Anyway, now I'm back home, again! I flew from Stockholm this morning after working the whole night. I'm off for six days now and that's why it felt like a good opportunity to go here and stay a while. This time I flew to an airport really close to the place where I grew up (where my mum lives). It's called Lapland airport and it's super tiny! It's more like a bus station. :)
Stockholm Arlanda airport was really beautiful this morning.
I bought breakfast.
Mobile pic: The planes are small too!
Mobile pic:This is where I landed. The airport doesn't have gates,
you just walk from the plane straight to the only entrance.

I used to do horsebackriding when I was younger. But now I've hardly done it since I went on a jumping camp in Ireland 2004. I haven't had the time or the opportunity to do it after that, except a few private lessons in the USA.
Me on the pony Calvin in Wicklow.
I really missed it so I decided to go to a stable here in Stockholm to ride again. It was so lovely! And the nature was just wonderful at that place, with some snow and everything.
I had to walk in the forest the last bit to get to the stable.
Which I didn't mind since I had some company :)
This is how the trail looked like where me and three other people rode.
"My" horse Trollet - which means "the troll".
On my way back I stopped by a coffee shop to buy a latte since I was a bit cold.
This was an amazing day, even though my legs still ache. I have to do it soon again!
.
Okay, this post is gonna contain a lot of pictures, especially pics of food. I don't really know why, probably because I eat out a lot...I haven't really cooked since I moved to Stockholm. I only go to restaurants and eat, especially when I work. Or...I did noodles once, does that count? :)
Lets make this a cute post as well, with a pic of this fab girl, which you're not allowed to eat, Puzzel:

Last week Sweden celebrated the national news designer day for the first time ever,
and since I am one, me and my co-workers got cakes from our employer.
...and some days later we got lots and lots of hamburgers. We had a really hectic day since a lot of things are happening with the politics in Sweden, so this was to make us work better, I guess?
This is how you look when you go for a walk when it's -24 degrees Celsius.
The perfect travel buddy - Macbook Air. Here we are at the airport.
Bye bye sweet home!
For once I traveled with a black suitcase which was good, it's so easy to spot all the dirt on my other ones.
Hopefully you haven't missed it, but Sweden became junior world champions of ice hockey! I went to celebrate them with thousands of others in Stockholm.
World champions 2012!
Instead of walking around with a latte? ;)
I buy these at work every day *bad habit*.
Coffee with some friends before we went to see the latest Sherlock Holmes movie.
And another coffee with a friend back home
Dinner with some old classmates at Pizza Hut in Stockholm.
I'm a Swedish and Norwegian girl living in the northern parts of Sweden even though I'm always on my way somewhere. Airports are my second home, or actually my seventh home since I live in different places.
Minnesota has a special place in my heart. I used to live there for one year and I fell in love with the people and the cities. One day I will move back.
I think life is too short to only dream about the things you want to do - do them instead!
Right now I live in Sweden and I work as a newspaper designer.
