Mum's pink porridge

 
I know I have showed you this before when I made it. I don't really think there's a word for it in English and that's why I just call it "pink porridge". If I translate it directly from Swedish it would be "pat porridge" which really doesn't make sense :D It's not really a meal though, more like a dessert since it's sweet. It's made of semolina and lingonberries.

  1. My granmum makes lingonberry porridge everytime when we go to see her! :) I don't like it with milk but I always but some extra sugar on it :P
